ABOUT US
Yunus Social Business Centre - Ca’ Foscari University of Venice is active since April 2020 inside the Economics Campus of the Venetian Athenaeum. Through activities of research and advising, it stands to spread Social Business principles and theories, according to Nobel Peace Prize Muhammad Yunus lessons. It is credited by the Yunus Centre of Dhaka (Bangladesh) and it is part of a global Network.
INITIATIVES
BUILDING A BETTER WORLD
In collaboration with other Yunus Centres, we propose an Online Course on Social Business, in order to understand how to recover from the crisis post-pandemic. The course will start on May 11th and the first lesson would be presented by Nobel Peace Prize Muhammad Yunus.
CENTER OPENING
The Yunus Centre of Ca' Foscari University was established in April 2020. It is addressed to the diffusion and implementation of Social Business initiatives. The Director is Stefano Campostrini, Professor of Social Statistics at the Economics Department.
